The conference takes place at the Conference Center  Orthodox Academy of Crete which is located near Kolymbari village, ca. 40 Kilometers from Chania airport.

Please inform the conference organizers about your arrival and departure details, in order to arrange some transfer from Chania airport / city.

On Sunday, September 4, two bus transfers from Chania airport to the Conference Venue have been arranged:

on 12:00 and 18:30

Participants being in Chania, are kindly requested to go to the airport in order to use this transfer.

Alternatetively the public bus service from Chania airport to Chania city can be found in the page KTEL bus info (airport-Chania).

From the Bus station in Chania city to Kolymbari village, regular bus connections exist, see last Line in the page KTEL bus routes from Chania city.

For the last mile (ca. 1 Km, from Kolymbari village to the Orthodox Academy), either use a local taxi or please call us to pick you up (OAC secretariat: 00302824022500, G. Stavroulakis 00306977308828)

A taxi drive from Chania airport to the venue should cost around 60 Euros.
